You need to put a good chain roller and a chain slider On the top of the swingarm to help with the chain tension,a decent chain guide and RK Or Pro taper chain would help Too, I run Pro taper 428mx gold chain On My pit bike

I love following all you info and have used lots of stuff from up hints , now i have a new problem , i purches a Roketa ace go cat no spark it has 7 wires coming out of the stator, one connector has 3 wires ,green with red tracer, white, blue ,, it is a 6 cavity connector with only 3 wires , the other connector has blue wire , white wire , yellow wire . black with yellow tracer. ,and a green wire , this is a 6 cavity connector with 5 wires , what do I do know , Cheap and fast is best , Thank you in advance very much ,

My solenoid is getting really hot. Any idea?

No way is that one coil producing enough current to charge a 12v battery??? but I have a question if anyone can answer. If I add an electric start kit to my predator 212, but I use two charging coils instead of one, then run them to a 12v rectifier regulator then run the rectifier to the battery, would that in theory give a stable battery charge? Then from there from the battery to the starter solenoid or lights or whatever else?

Good informative video, Bayou 300 part of maintenance should the timing chain adjuster bolt be released to tighten up the chain then re-tightend?

I need to remove my cdi cover and change the little springs on the back side of that little domaflatchi, but I’m scared as hell I’d mess up something! I have no idea what I’m doing! So I best leave this for the mechanic. 🤷‍♂️

I just got this same wheeler 1988 200sx...it's been sitting awhile and I need to clean carb.. is my only solution for getting out seized stripped machine screws that hold the plastic on is my drilling them out..and the people used blue lock tight go figure.

I have an engine like this one but I have a carburetor problem.

So if I connect the positive end of the switch to the battery and the negative to the solenoid coil ground, and the starter solenoid to the starter and battery it should just crank over? Or do I need a cdi box? Bought this 4 wheeler with a messed up harness with most wires cut. I’m tryna figure out the absolute minimum I need to have it crank over with a push of a button. It’ll crank over when I bypass the solenoid with a flat head but I need something more ethical to start it.

The Rubbermaid 7x8 I got well over ten years ago is holding up well. The metal bits around the door are starting to rust though. It even survived a move and sitting in pieces outside a few years. I built a frame inside it too, but solely for custom shelving. I might attach the shed to the frame some day. Suncast, on the other hand, is not so great. The resin is brittle in the cold and it never felt as sturdy as Rubbermaid. Assembly was more difficult, but it was still a decent shed. I also have had a Craftsman for several years that has been about as good as Rubbermaid. Wood feels sturdier, but it is much more expensive and it rots. Arrow (steel) is a nightmare to assemble and it rusts rather quickly. The resin sheds are a reasonable in between.
